This website collects as little as possible: only what you type into the booking form.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
When you book a Health Check we receive your name, work email, entity name and entity type, plus anything you choose to add (number of ICT providers, who filed in 2026, your message) and the language of the page. We use it only to answer your request, arrange the Health Check and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Your register file
Your register is never uploaded through this website. It is exchanged separately under an NDA, through a secure link, and deleted once the report is delivered.
Who processes it for us
The site and the form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards Netlify provides under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy, by writing to nexopsone@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD.
